Step 1: Configure the Raspberry pi

- Write the command “sudo apt update” & “sudo apt upgrade”
Step 2: Download & Install OSMC on Raspberry pi:

- Go to the download link https://osmc.tv/download/ and download the OSMC installer file on your PC.

Step 3: Install Extra packages:
After the installation of Kodi on Raspberry pi, you need to install some python packages on your Raspberry pi.
- Open a Command prompt and write the command as following “sudo apt install build-essential python-pip python-dev libffi-dev libssl-dev libnss3”
- Now install the python packages that are required for the Netflix write the command on command prompt as follows “sudo pip install setuptools wheel pycryptodomex”.
- Now we download the CastagnalIT repository. This will permit users to download the Netflix Plugin on Kodi. You need to write the command as following “wget https://github.com/kodinerds/repo/raw/master/repository.netflix/repository.netflix-1.0.1.zip”
- Once downloading is complete, reboot your Raspberry pi.
Step 4: Add Repository to Kodi:
After installing all packages on Raspberry pi, you need to add a repository on Kodi.
- To launch the Kodi, open the start menu click on Sounds and music then click on Kodi.
- If you are using the default theme, you need to Go to setting on top of the left corner, click on unknown sources change the setting and this will allow you to install Netflix.
- Now move to the setting and click on Adds-on option then click on the unknown sources and enable it.
- Now go to the Add-on setting page and install the CastagnalIT repository which will allow you to get Netflix.
- Once in the Add-on page click on the Install from zip file.
- Within the install file and click on Home file
- Now in-Home file, click on the repository.catagnait-1.0.0.zip
Step 5: Installing Netflix:
To install the Netflix on Kodi, you need to follow the following steps which are as follow
- Go to the Add-on and click on the Install from Repository.
- Now click on the CastagnalIT repository to open the repository.
- Locate and install the Netflix plugin and locate it within the CastagnalIT repository now open the Video adds-on in it and select the Netflix folder.
- Now click on the installation button, which will prompt the wizard for permissions for installing many plugins, you need to click on OK.
- Before starting, we need to enable the plugin “Adaptive Inputstream”.For Adaptive Inputstream, you need to navigate to Add-on>VideoPlayer Input Stream> Adaptive Inputstream

Step 6: Running Netflix on Raspberry pi:
- To run the Netflix, you need to follow the few steps then the App will be running on your Raspberry pi
- Navigate to the Add-on > Netflix then enter the login details.
- Without DRM modules, you won’t be able to run Netflix on your Raspberry pi.
- When you run the app, it will show the DRM modules without which you will not be able to stream the Netflix content.
- While installing the wizard will show the “Widevine CDM is required “, click on the install Widevine CDM
- Follow the screen instruction to install the Widevine on your Raspberry pi.
